Hey it's me Gamer Again my Internet problem has goten better.... Sorta if its not to much id like to be placed in my old Squad Whirlwind ST of BF3 i used to be SL of that squad now my buddy Nollidox is and if ya need help with other Squads or one is in need of a SA or SL let me know but later down the road. Id like to come back with minimal responsibilities for a bit lol. But il be happy to help if Needed

( Team ) Definition: A group of people with a full set of complementary skills required to complete a task, job, or project.

Team members (1) operate with a high degree of interdependence, (2) share authority and responsibility for self-management, (3) are accountable for the collective performance, and (4) work toward a common goal and shared rewards(s). A team becomes more than just a collection of people when a strong sense of mutual commitment creates synergy, thus generating performance greater than the sum of the performance of its individual members.

In a nutshell going solo is a no go
